EXTENSIONS INCLUDE AIRCRAFT GRADE ATTACHING HARDWARE 

Our extensions are proprietarily and uniquely machined from high-strength, extruded aluminum alloy. Long tracking a 120" or 121” snowmobile is a great way to diversify its usability and extend its useful life; especially when a lot of the 3 to 7-year-old snowmobiles have not accumulated very many miles. TRACKS USA Extensions are a premium product that will allow you to enjoy your snowmobile in a more diverse range of conditions.

  • For maximum performance, TRACKS USA extensions provide for extending the hyfax to the rear wheels. Whenever hyfax is absent and the track has to bend, performance is lost. Utilize the performance capabilities of your new track with a set of TRACKS USA rail extensions that extend the hyfax to the rear wheels!!
  • For maximum reliability, TRACKS USA extensions are machined from high strength alloy extruded to exactly match-mirror the stock rail profile and to provide hyfax location security equal to original equipment rails. Competitive rail extensions machined from 1/2" plate stock (as are most imitations) cannot match the hyfax retention of TRACKS USA extensions.
  • For maximum strength, the TRACKS USA extensions interlock in the axle slots at the rear of the stock rail. Because of close tolerances designed into the TRACKS USA extensions and the fact that stock rails are stamped and not machined, very minimal filing may be required to fit some stock rails.
  • For maximum value, all attaching hardware is supplied with the rail extensions. TRACKS USA uses only AIRCRAFT QUALITY, 8740 ALLOY, 125,000 PSI BOLTS with no threaded shank in the shear area for optimal reliability.
    TRACKS USA Extensions uniquely match the bottom profile of your existing suspension rail.


TRACKS USA has invested in tooling to economically produce the superior rail extension. TRACKS USA extensions provide for full length hyfax (best performance) and retain the hyfax by engaging the groove on BOTH sides of the hyfax.  TRACKS USA Extensions are engineered for each unique model application in order to provide superior STRENGTH and FIT. TRACKS USA Extensions have earned the reputation as the PREMIUM product in the marketplace.
