When installing your TRACKS USA tunnel extentions, they will fit over your existing tunnel and overlap approximately 2"-3" on the top of the tunnel.  Some models overlap quite a bit more on the sides.  The only exceptions are the Arctic Cat ZR/ZL, Yamaha Nytro & Polaris GENII models which fits underneath your existing tunnel.  There will be locating holes predrilled in the extention that will line up with holes already existing in your tunnel.  This will help you to orientate the correct position.  You will receive an assortment of rivets to attach both the extention as well as your snowflap.  Use them all!  There will also be several bolts to fill original bumper holes if you desire to use them.  All extentions come in natural aluminum color so rider can match to their particuliar sled or leave as they come.  You can also view our *Installation Instructions Page*
