2- Plastic Spacers

2- Steel Lock Collar

1- Loctite

Remove your front axle between skid frame rails.  Remove the wheels and install plastic spacers on shoulder of axle as seen in picture above and install lock collars and apply loctite to set screws you can then reinstall between rails.
